COST D43 meeting:
This COST D43 Symposium is organized in parallel with the 8th EUFOAM Conference and with the workgroup meeting of COST Action P21 Physics of Drops.
The goal of the EUFOAM Conference, viz. To gather active researchers in the area of foams, fluid dispersions, and related systems (fluid interfaces, thin films, surfactants, concentrated emulsions, etc) and to make a link between fundamental and applied studies, is closely related to the scientific field of COST Action D43, Colloid and Interface Science for Nanotechnology.
Putting the two events together will certainly have a synergistic effect, because it will lead to a broader dissemination of the results of the members of the COST D43 Action, will allow them to learn about new achievements of their colleagues in the field of foams and other fluid dispersions, and will give the opportunity of European scientists working in close research fields to meet each other and to have useful informal discussions.
